Once preliminary drawings are available including site statistics, floor plans and elevation required, application to the municipality for a zoning review will be made to ensure by-law compliance. Some design projects may require application to committee of adjustment to seek approval for a minor variance and other regulatory approvals such as forestry, Toronto Region Conservation Authority, Ravine and Natural Feature Protection, Transportation etc.
